Sidewall conveyor belt is one of the most efficient conveyor belt, can achieve a variety of bulk materials 0-90 degrees to do any inclination continuous transportation, with the characteristics of large Angle, wide range of application, small area, no transfer point, reduce civil engineering investment, lower maintenance cost, large transportation volume and other characteristics.
The sidewall conveyor belt can convey materials in any angle which the ordinary conveyor belt and pattern belt can not do. At the same time, the Sidewall conveyor belt can be designed into a complete transmission system according to the requirements, avoiding the intermittent transmission and complex transportation lifting system.
Structure
The sidewall conveyor belt is composed of base belt, sidewall and cleat. The sidewall plays the role of preventing material slip and falling. In order to easily bypass the drum, the side is designed as corrugated; the cleat function is to support the material, in order to achieve large inclination transmission, using T-type TC type. The sides and cleat are connected to the base belt by secondary vulcanization and have a high connection strength.
The sidewall conveyor belt varieties: according to the different rubber performance of the rubber cover, it is divided into general type, heat resistant, cold resistant, acid and alkali resistant, oil resistant, etc.
