Heat resistant rubber conveyor belt

Heat resistance conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered up and down with high temperature resistant or heat resistant rubber, by high temperature sulfation bonding together, suitable for the delivery of 175℃ below hot coke carbon, cement, slag and hot castings!

Classification

It is divided into ordinary heat resistance belt and strong heat resistance belt, ordinary tropical resistance layer is polyester cotton canvas (CC56), and strong tropical resistance layer is EP (specifically divided into EP100, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350, EP400, etc.).

Heat-resistant conveyor belts can be divided into five types:

T 1: it can withstand the test temperature of not more than 100℃, and the maximum short-time operating temperature is 150℃.

T 2: Under 125℃ test temperature, maximum short-time operating temperature 170℃.

T 3: Under 150℃ test temperature, maximum short operating temperature 200℃.

T 4: Under 175℃ test temperature, maximum short operating temperature 400℃.

T 5: Under 240℃ test temperature, the maximum short-time operating temperature is 600℃.

Application

It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries, conveying sintered, coke, cement clinker and other high-temperature materials, the material temperature does not exceed 800℃, and the surface temperature does not exceed 220℃.
