Brief introduction of Belt joint

Our company’s unique wire rope lifting belt joint clamp adopts German technology to create a high-strength tightening method, and the outer belt clamp and the inner belt clamp are tightened by concave-convex grooves to prevent the head from falling off.

Composition of special alloy belt clip:

Main belt clip: 1 inner clip and 2 outer clips.

Accessories: special fixture bolt, steel wire buckle, filler, filler, filler box.

Composition of steel plate clamp:

Main clamp: 1 inner clamp and 2 outer clamps. Accessories: special clamp bolts and steel wire buckles.

3. Product specifications:

The width ranges from 200mm~1700mm.

4. Installation method of joint fixture:

1) Use the main belt clamp to clamp both ends of the lifting belt by bolts.

2) After clamping, peel off the covering glue at both ends of the lifting belt, and peel off the wire rope core.

3) Fasten the wire rope cores at both ends of the belt with U-shaped buckle of wire rope in turn.

4) Cover the filling box, inject the filling material, fill the glue, and wait for 15 minutes until it solidifies.
